- Home Search After a detailed analysis of the client needs, we are able to provide a flexible home viewing programme, taking into account any school, recreation and financial considerations, all within the terms of the Client's relocation policy. This also includes area familiarisation and optional previewing of chosen properties. Employees will be shown a selection of housing by a local knowledgeable advisor who will evaluate the employee’s needs and at each stage of the relocation process: Pre-depature, On arrival, On property selection.
- Rental contract negotiations & Renewals Negotiating rental agreements in an unfamiliar country is a daunting prospect and requires expert help. Our advisors have dedicated tenancy management specialists who are able to draft and advise on all the relevant legal aspects, as well as liaise on the employee's behalf with all the appropriate parties involved.
